Official Sweepstakes Rules

No Purchase Necessary

Participation in this sweepstakes does not require a purchase or payment of any kind. Making a purchase will not improve your odds of winning.

Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of BM500 Club (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Agreement to Rules: By entering, all participants agree to abide by these Official Rules, as well as the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. Eligibility to win the Grand Prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements outlined herein.

Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted beginning October 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. CST and ending December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST, or until 500 entries have been received — whichever occurs first. The Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official time-keeping device.

1. Online Purchase : Every $20 spent in the BM500 Club online shop during the Sweepstakes Period will equal one (1) entry. Purchase amount is calculated before tax, shipping, or discounts. Fraudulent transactions — including purchasing with the intent to return merchandise for entries — will result in immediate disqualification.

2. Mail-In Entry : Entrants may submit a handwritten 3”x5” card with their full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Place the card in a #10 envelope with proper postage and mail it to:

Entries must be postmarked by October 5, 2025, and received by December 31, 2025 to be valid. Each envelope counts as one entry, and bulk submissions will not be accepted.

Entry Limit: A maximum of twenty-five (25) entries per participant, regardless of entry method.

Winner Selection and Notification: A random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator once all 500 entries are received, or on or about October 31, 2026, whichever comes first. Odds of winning are approximately 1 in 500 but may vary depending on the number of valid entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via phone, email, and/or USPS mail. If the winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days, fails to complete required documentation, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $2,000 cash award. The prize is awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any additional expenses not specified in these rules. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the winner’s name.

By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. The Winner also acknowledges that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.

 

DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Administrator, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s, or jurisdiction’s laws.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that:
(i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action;
(ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court within the State of Oklahoma ;
(iii) any and all claims, judgments , and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable;
(iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, other damages, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and
(v) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and he/she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

 

MISCELLANEOUS: These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings herein are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of these Official Rules, and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both Sponsor and Administrator. The waiver by Sponsor or Administrator of any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision herein. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by the Entrants, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Sponsor, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void. These Official Rules shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of Sponsor, Administrator, and Entrant.

General Conditions :

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other causes that compromise the integrity of the competition. Individuals who attempt to tamper with the entry process or act in violation of these rules may be disqualified.

Release of Liability :

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, and agencies from any claims arising from participation in the sweepstakes, including but not limited to:

• Technical issues, errors, or delays in entry submission
• Unauthorized intervention or tampering
• Printing or administrative errors
• Personal injury, property damage, or losses resulting from participation or prize acceptance

Publicity :

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Disputes :

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, and must be filed in the state or federal courts of Oklahoma. Damages will be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses; punitive or consequential damages are waived.

Severability :

If any provision of these rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and in effect.
